Dr. Tracy George is a pathologist with a specialization in hematologic disorders, including mast cell disease. She received her medical degree and her residency training in pathology and laboratory medicine from the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) followed by fellowship training in surgical pathology and hematopathology at Stanford University. Dr. George is a Professor of Pathology at the University of Utah, and she is the Executive Director for Clinical Trials and PharmaDx at ARUP Laboratories. She performs research in mast cell disease, including participation in several clinical trials for patients with indolent and advanced mastocytosis. As a pathologist, Dr. George reviews pathology slides and laboratory data for patients with mast cell disease, providing consultations for patients.
