Development and Program Specialist

Vlai Ly (V-Lie Lee) serves as the Development and Program Specialist for The Mast Cell Disease Society, where he plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission through physician and patient-centered initiatives. Vlai manages the TeleECHO program, overseeing the coordination and logistics for live sessions designed to bridge the gap in specialized medical knowledge for mast cell diseases. In addition to his work with healthcare professionals, he supports the development of patient courses and resources while strengthening the organization’s impact through dedicated fundraising and donor relations.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Vlai brings a background in communications and strategic development with over 10 years of expertise in the nonprofit sector. His professional journey is rooted in a passion for community advocacy, with a long-term focus on enhancing the sustainability of nonprofit organizations that serve these communities.
