Jennifer Lockhart

Jennifer Shaw Lockhart is a respected leader in disability advocacy, known notably for her role as State Director of Sooner SUCCESS and her influential work advancing coordinated, inclusive services for children and families with disabilities in Oklahoma.

While Jennifer is now retired, during her career her efforts improved access to essential services for Oklahoma families, fostered better health and developmental outcomes for children with disabilities, and informed national conversations about disability program reform. Lockhart has been recognized for her integrated approach, balancing direct advocacy, system innovation, and policy development to enhance support for the disability community.  

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she has long been a volunteer, representing TMS in many events over the years, as well as an active member of the online community, sharing her experience and supporting her fellow patients. Most recently, she served as chair of the Silent Auction for our 2024 conference.
