Bonnie Nasar, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of Nasar Nutrition, a virtual practice focused on managing complex conditions including Mast Cell Disease, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome/Autonomic Dysfunction, Gastroparesis, and Fibromyalgia.
Mrs. Nasar is an international lecturer on these topics and passionate about educating healthcare practitioners on nutrition interventions for these often-ignored diagnoses. Bonnie combines evidence-based nutrition therapy with her own techniques developed over the years to help patients eat a variety of foods as safely as possible. Bonnie is the author of The 30-Minute Fibromyalgia Cookbook, a Mediterranean-inspired recipe guide for individuals with chronic pain conditions, as well as peer-reviewed journal articles related to her work.
Mrs. Nasar contributes her expertise as a volunteer dietitian for The Mast Cell Disease Society and the Morris I Franco Cancer Center. She is also a member of the Diet and Nutrition Working Group of the Ehlers-Danlos Society’s International Nutrition and Dietetics Consortium. In her spare time, Bonnie grows vegetables in her indoor hydroponic garden to feed her husband, four children, and two sons-in-law.
