Built around Dr. Barkoff’s EMPOWER model first introduced at the 2024 MastCellCon, we’ve created a step-by-step workbook designed to help you advocate for your health, ask the right questions, and get the most out of every visit.

What to expect: Dr. Barkoff will walk you through the workbook and there will be interactive small groups where you can get hands-on practice. You will also get the opportunity to share feedback so we can improve the workbook as much as possible before its public release.
