Mast Cell Disease TeleECHO

Mast Cell Disease TeleECHO is a free program for physicians who want to improve their ability to care for people with mast cell disease and associated conditions. The program consists of expert presentations and case-based interactive sessions delivered virtually via the Zoom platform. Each session is 1hr in length. All participants are encouraged to share their cases and questions in the sessions and are guided to further educational material and support.

CME credits and a certificate of completion are available to physicians at no charge. Credits are awarded at 1.0 per 60 minutes of live session activity. Participants who attend at least 6 of the 8 sessions will receive the certification of completion and be part of TMS’s physician registry for ProjectECHO graduates.

Inaugural Program begins April 21, 2022 on Thursdays at 12:00pm-1:00pm Eastern Time (US & Canada).

  • Diagnostic Approach to Mast Cell Diseases (Week 1) – Mariana Castells, MD, PhD
  • Pathologic Diagnosis of Systemic Mastocytosis (Week 2)- Tracy George, MD
  • Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis (Week 3)- Prithviraj Bose, MD

  • Advanced Systemic Mastocytosis Variants (Week 4)- Celalettin Ustun, MD

  • Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (Week 5) – Mariana Castells, MD, PhD
  • Hereditary Alpha Tryptasemia (Week 6)- Sarah Glover, DO

  • Treatment of Mast Cell Diseases (Week 7)Matthew Giannetti, MD

  • Comorbid Conditions with Mast Cell Disease (Week 8)- Anne Maitland, MD, PhD
