- H1 and H2 antihistamines
- Leukotriene antagonists
- Oral cromolyn sodium (Gastrocrom®)
- Systemic corticosteroids
- Injectable epinephrine
- Topical steroids
- No chemotherapy is indicated in cutaneous or indolent systemic disease in children.
