| Who should join? |

| Any and all individuals with mastocytosis and realted mast cell disorders, caregivers, phycisians, and anyone wishing to support the endeavors of The Mastocytosis Society. |

| What are the benefits of membership? |
| |
- The annual $35 fee provides membership to an individual and their immediate family members.
- Membership entitles the individual and their immediate family members a discount for annual meetings.
- All members receive a subscription to The Mastocytosis Chronicles, a newsletter for patients with mastocytosis and related mast cell disorders and their caregivers.
- Each individual paid membership receives one vote in The Mastocytosis Society board member elections and any votes that come before the board through out the year. (If multiple family members would like to have individual voting privileges, they would need to obtain separate individual memberships.)

| What if someone can't afford the membership fee? |
| |
| Each year, The Mastocystosis Society has members who request to have their membership dues waived due to temporary financial hardships. This may be due to loss of a job, health insurance, the high costs of prescription medications, etc. |

| The Mastocytosis Society has created our Angel Fund. Individuals with the means to, are asked to donate $35 to cover the annual membership dues of a member in need. The name of any individual requesting Angel Funds will be kept confidential. The Angel Fund evolved in response to the generosity of the online Mastocytosis community. |
